Return & Exchange Policy

At My divine Collection, we aim to provide you with high-quality kurtis, gowns, and Anarkali suits that meet your expectations. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, Please Follow below steps

• There is no return & Exchange policy but if product come defective means damage, then we can exchange it otherwise not possible.
• If there is size issue then we can exchange it but for that you have to courier to our address first after that when we receive your parcel our team contact you and exchange the size.

 When Exchange is not accepted?

1. Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
2. Exchanges are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you please read all the details before placing the order. 
3. Exchanges are not accepted if the piece is specially customised of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
